HERE’S HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS:
A brief meeting will be scheduled so we can meet you and your pet prior to starting our service, the first meeting is complimentary - no cost to you.  During the initial meeting we will pickup two keys to your house, gather information about how to care for your pet, collect our fees and also have some forms for you to sign. If you’d like to review our forms prior to the initial meeting please send us an email request and we’ll be happy to forward the forms in advance.

Prior to the initial meeting we ask that you duplicate your house keys, please note that we will need two (2) keys. If you have an alarm or security system please be prepared to provide us with the access codes along with instructions for arming and disarming your system. If keys are not available for the initial complimentary visit our fee to return to your home to pick up the keys is $20. Your keys can be returned after service or retained in our lock box for future use.

Please ensure that your pet is current on all vaccinations prior to our initial meeting, some dog parks require your dog to have an actual rabies tag. We will have an authorization form for you to complete in the unlikely event that emergency vet care is needed in your absence and we are unable to reach you. Alternatively you may file an open letter with your vet authorizing emergency care in your absence, please keep a copy of that letter for our use. The letter should address payment of vet bills along with the level of care to be given to your pet. We will also ask you to designate an alternate contact person in case an emergency arises and ask you to provide us with their name, address and phone numbers.  The person you designate should be authorized to make decisions on your behalf concerning emergency medical care for your pet.
