HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
A brief meeting will be scheduled so we can meet you and your pet prior to starting our service. During the initial meeting we will pickup keys to your house, gather information about how to care for your pet, collect our fees and have you sign some forms.

Tampa Pet Nanny is pleased to offer the following services to residents of South Tampa. We’re happy to custom tailor any package to meet your specific needs, please inquire if you need a service that is not listed or if you want to customize an existing service package. EXPRESS SERVICE is ideal for low maintenance kitties! This service is a quick check of your cats that includes feeding, refreshing drinking water and cleaning of one litter box. RATES: Starting at $15 per day – discounts available for weekly care DELUXE SERVICE is great for active kitties! This service includes feeding, refreshing drinking water, litter box cleaning, playtime & brushing or combing if necessary. RATES: Starting at $20 per day – discounts available for weekly care We’ll transport your pet to & from grooming appointments, one way or round trip service is available. Food and water supplies will be replenished for Round Trips and dogs receive a nice long walk to relieve stress. Kitties receive stress-busting playtime. RATES: Drop Off Service Starting at $25 * Round Trip Service Starting at $45 TRANSPORTATION FOR VET APPOINTMENTS We’ll transport your pet to & from vet appointments. Options include drop-off service (you pick-up and return your pet home) or round trip service where we take your pet to the appointment, wait during the visit and then safely return your pet to your home. Dogs will be taken on a nice long walk and food & water supplies will be refreshed on Round Trip Visits. Kitties are treated to stress-busting playtime & treats after their vet appointment. DOG WALKING
We recognize how sensitive dogs are when it comes to their routines and will make every effort to visit at the same time every day for weekly customers. We will also refresh water bowls and feed your dog if necessary. Two levels of service are available:
EXPRESS SERVICE was designed for those of you who have asked for an economical, no-frills potty break service. We’ll spend 15 or 20 minutes with your dog, take a brief leashed walk to allow the pet to take a potty break then return them to your home. This service is ideal for small breeds and older dogs.
RATES: Starting at $13 per visit - Discounts are available for weekly walks
EXTENDED SERVICE is available for dogs requiring more exercise & those who tend to become stressed during the day. We’ll spend 30-45 minutes with your pet taking a nice long walk followed by playtime to relieve stress. As always, we will customize our service to fit the unique needs of your dog. RATES: Starting at $18 per visit – Discounts available for weekly walks

If you have to be away from home trust the care of your pet to a

the best possible care for your companion animals. Each pet entrusted to our care receives custom care defined by you and each visit is loaded with TLC. After each visit we prepare a Pet Diary to let you know what time we visited and what happened during the visit. CAT & KITTEN CARE
DOG PARK ADVENTURES
Is your dog bored or depressed from staying at home alone? We come to your house, collect your dogs and take them to one of seven designated enclosed dog parks in Hillsborough County. Park visits last a minimum of 30 minutes. Your dog must be current with Rabies and Bordatello vaccines and be comfortable around other dogs for this service. The PET NANNY’S dog-friendly SUV is equipped with anti-slip mat flooring for safe & secure transportation of your canine buddy. When we return to your home we’ll refresh water dishes and feed & walk your dog if necessary.

DOG BEACH ADVENTURES
Treat your dog to a Beach Adventure! Great for Retrievers & Setters, all water-loving dogs will enjoy a minimum of 30 minutes at a local designated dog beach. Your dog must be current with Rabies and Bordatello vaccines and be comfortable around other dogs for this service. The PET NANNY’S dog-friendly SUV is equipped with anti-slip mat flooring for the safe transportation of our canine friends. When we return to your home we’ll refresh water dishes and feed & walk your dog if necessary.

PET NANNY Rx - HOME CARE FOR SICK & INJURED PETS
We know from personal experience just how difficult it is when you have to go to work and leave a sick pet home alone. Hire the PET NANNY to care for your convalescing pet - we’ll administer medications, sit with & comfort your pet and do everything possible to aid a speedy recovery. Animals who feel well enough will receive gentle playtime. Animals who don’t wish to play or those unable to play are treated to a massage or TLC Time. Dogs feeling up to the task will be taken on a brief leashed walk if desired. We’ve been certified by the American Red Cross in Animal First Aid and will work closely with you to understand the needs of your pet and to design an appropriate care package for your sick or injured pet.

GERIATRIC CARE FOR DOGS & CATS
We truly understand the special needs of older animals. This service includes replenishing food & water, administering up to two oral or topical medications, brushing or combing and cleaning of one feline litter pan. Animals who feel well enough and are inclined toward exercise will receive gentle playtime. Animals who don’t wish to play or those unable to play are treated to a massage or TLC time. Brushing and combing is available if desired. Dogs feeling up to the task will be taken on a brief leashed walk if desired. This is one of our most flexible programs, we’ll do whatever it takes to help make your geriatric pet as comfortable as possible and will work closely with you to understand the needs of your pet and to design the best care program. For weekly customers we’ll bring in the mail, newspapers & packages, water the plants and adjust curtains, blinds and lighting.

ON CALL SERVICE
This is a great service for busy executives! If you find yourself working late or not able to get home to feed and walk your dog just give us a call! Prior to starting the service we will need to meet with you briefly at your home so that we can obtain the keys to your home, the code for the alarm system and instructions for caring for your pet. Once your account is established you can feel free to call us on an as needed or emergency basis - we’ll feed and walk your dog for you!

PET RELATED ERRAND SERVICES
Pet owners are asked to ensure that sufficient amounts of food, medications and other pet supplies are on hand for extended pet care. If you should run out of any pet care supplies we will gladly replenish the supplies for you.
CONSULTATION SERVICES
The Tampa Pet Nanny is available for Consultations! If you and your pet are not getting along or if you feel that your pet has behavior issues please give us a call, we are confident that we can help you both! During our initial meeting we will assess your situation and offer advice to help you and your pet achieve a more harmonious relationship. Follow-up visits are available. Don't give up on your pet until you've talked to us!!

SERVICE AREA
Our primary service area is South Tampa including but certainly not limited to Downtown & the Channel District, Bayshore, Hyde Park, SoHo, Palma Ceia, Ballast Point, Harbor Island and the Davis Islands. When requesting an estimate or more information please include your complete mailing address in your initial correspondence.
RETURNED CHECK FEES
A $35 fee will be assessed for any checks returned unpaid by your bank.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment for Pet Sitting Services is due in advance. Once our service has begun NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR EARLY RETURNS NOR WILL ANY CREDITS BE ISSUED FOR UNUSED SERVICES!!
